Roommate Matching by 3Sixty:
3Sixty is facilitating roommate matching, and requests are accepted until 3/24/24. Requests received after this date will be accommodated based on availability. Successful roommate matching depends on factors such as stay dates, gender, and location.
Lease and Rent Responsibilities:
Once the lease is confirmed for the reservation, all tenants are collectively responsible for the rent, including any costs associated with early departures.
Payment Terms:
A valid credit card is required for payments. The initial payment for the accommodation is processed three days before the arrival date. Subsequent monthly payments will be automatically billed on the 1st of the month thereafter. All tenants must submit payment information before the reservation can be confirmed.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellation policies may differ depending on the property. Specific cancellation and notice to vacate guidelines will be detailed in the housing quote.
Extension Terms:
Extension requests are subject to availability. If you require an extension, please email reservations@stay3sixty.com at least 15 days before your departure date. Please be aware: in cases where you are sharing a unit with a roommate and one decides to extend while the other does not, the extending roommate will still be liable for the entire rent.
